To produce a conference and evening cocktail reception for the Airbus landing gear community of managers, designers and engineers from around the world in Brunel’s Grade 1 listed Passenger Shed.

To create an engaging conference environment within the Old Passenger Shed and transform it into a fun and funky space for the cocktail reception.

The Liquid Media production team transformed the venue by carpeting the entire floor area, and installing an LED screen with set surround. Delegates were seated on LED furniture that lit up in different colours to group people together for workshop sessions. Liquid Media managed the onsite logistics including the registration process. The delegates celebrated at the end of the day with a cocktail reception and an opportunity to network.

The day was a great success with a post event survey praising the logistics and production elements produced by Liquid Media.
